Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, choose Aurashot, and tap Cancel. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.
Refunds are handled entirely by Apple. We are not able to issue them, and we cannot see your payment details. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something went wrong on our end, email us anyway and we will help you explain it.
Open Settings inside the app and tap Restore Purchases. That re-checks with Apple. If it still does not work, email us and mention the Apple Account you purchased with (the email address, never your password).
Scoring depends on an AI provider that is occasionally slow or unavailable. Try again in a minute. A failed or refused score never uses up your free score or a weekly score. If you think one was consumed anyway, tell us and we will put it back.
The unlock lands when your friend installs Aurashot and opens it, on a device that has not used Aurashot before. Check Settings → Invite a friend, unlock your result inside the app for the current status. If your friend installed and it still did not count, ask them to open Aurashot, go to the invite screen, and paste your link there: that credits you directly. Full terms are on the Terms of Service page.
Your photo history lives in your own iCloud account, so deleting the app, or deleting Aurashot's data in iCloud, removes it. We never had access to it in the first place. For anything we do hold, email us and ask us to delete it. Details are in the Privacy Policy.
No. Your photo is analysed and then discarded. It is never written to our servers, our storage or our backups. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what happens to it.
Scores are produced by an AI model and are meant as entertainment, not a verdict on anyone. They are subjective and the same photo can read differently to different people. If a result seems badly off, we would genuinely like to hear about it.
